DoorLock
General
The basic settings of each device include the activation state (On/Off) as well as a name under which all alarms and warnings reported by this device are displayed. This should be chosen as uniquely descriptive as possible to be able to distinguish between devices.
Alarm Group
By selecting the parent alarm group, the device is integrated into the system hierarchy.
Alarms are signaled in the parent alarm group.
A DoorLock can be set as the default reader for learning RFID tokens. In this case, it will be pre-selected when adding new tokens. Additionally, the time period in which the DoorLock remains engaged after a successful booking can be configured. If desired, it can be set that the DoorLock activates a switching output during a booking.
A DoorLock must be assigned to an access profile to be opened by users.
Advanced
For wall readers with keypad, there is the option to activate dual authentication. In this case, users must enter their PIN in addition to presenting their RFID token to open the door.
For passage doors that should remain open during fixed time periods, a time profile can be configured. After the first successful booking in the configured time period, the DoorLock remains open for the rest of the period.

Webhooks
Webhooks in KentixONE provide the ability to send an HTTP request to an external server when an event occurs. System-wide Webhooks can be created for this purpose. Such a webhook can be assigned to any number of events.
Webhooks also provide the possibility to implement functions via the KentixONE SmartAPI that are not available through the standard configuration.
For example, when a fire alarm occurs, the switching outputs of an AccessManager could be activated to unlock the connected motor locks.

Network Camera
If a camera is assigned to a DoorLock, the system takes pictures with it during each booking and displays them in the access logbook.
Privacy
To ensure data privacy, the system's storage behavior for this DoorLock can be adjusted in stages.
- Standard logbook: Personal data like name and pictures are stored and displayed in the access logbook. All bookings are recorded.
- No user-related data: Personal data like name and pictures are not stored and not displayed in the access logbook. All bookings are recorded.
- Only unauthorized bookings: Only bookings that did not open a door are recorded. Personal data is not stored.
- Do not store: No booking data is recorded and stored. A booking history in the access logbook is not available.
Tamper Protection
Some DoorLock-WA devices have integrated tamper detection. If alarm evaluation is active for this function, an alarm is triggered when the reader is removed from its mount.
Door-Closing Reminder
If a door contact is connected to an external sensor of the Host-AccessManager, it can be assigned to the DoorLock. Like all monitored sensors, the door contact must also be assigned an alarm assignment to activate the alarm evaluation.
Name | API value | Description |
---|---|---|
Off | off | For this input, alarming is disabled and the state/measurement value is not updated. |
Armed-Active | armed-active | When the parent alarm group has been armed, alarms can be triggered. The state/measurement value of the input is updated. |
Always-Active | always-active | Alarms can be triggered regardless of the alarm group's switch status. The state/measurement value of the input is updated. |
Fire | fire | Alarms can always be triggered. These are reported as fire alarms. |
Sabotage | sabotage | Alarms can always be triggered. These are reported as sabotage/intrusion alarms. |
System Message | system | Alarms can always be triggered. These are reported as system messages. |
The time until alarm after opening and the digital input connected to the DoorLock can also be selected.
Door Opener
If the DoorLock should be opened via an external trigger (e.g. a button or switch), this can be connected to an external sensor of the Host-AccessManager and assigned to the DoorLock here.
Alarm
Rack locks of type DoorLock-RA4 have a bolt status evaluation in addition to the door contact, which also needs an alarm assignment.
The time until alarm after opening can be set, and the alarm evaluation can be inverted.
Door Contact Bypass
For DoorLock-WAx, a bypass for the connected door contact can be configured. A relay time can be specified that indicates how long the bypass should last, as well as a signaling time that indicates how long the switching output should be engaged if the door contact is still open after the relay time has expired.
Alarm Systems
When a booking is successful, a selected alarm group can be switched. A simple booking disarms the linked alarm group, a double booking arms it.
A user needs the permission to switch alarm groups to use this function.
