Access Event Log

The Access Event Log provides a central overview of all access bookings at integrated DoorLocks in the system. Users can view all activities, filter them, and examine entries linked to camera images when available.

Prerequisites​

Permissions:

  • Access to the Access Event Log according to user permissions

Features & Display ​

Displayed Information:

  • Chronological list of all bookings with timestamps
  • DoorLock designation and associated alarm group
  • User who performed the booking
  • Booking status (successful/failed)
  • Additional details such as Remote Access

Special Features:

  • Restricted users only see bookings of their assigned DoorLocks
  • Integration of camera images for appropriately configured DoorLocks
  • Tabular display with sortable columns

For DoorLocks with associated network cameras, images are automatically captured during bookings if an SD card is available in the host device.

Control Elements​

Date Filter​

Time-based filtering of displayed bookings via date input fields in the top bar. Allows restriction to specific days or time periods.

Search Function​

Text-based search for specific users or DoorLock designations via the search field. Filters results in real-time during input.

Column Filters​

Sorting and filtering via table columns DATE, DOORLOCK, ALARMGROUP, USER, BOOKING STATE, and DETAILS by clicking on column headers.

Pagination​

Navigation through large amounts of data via page number controls at the bottom of the table (e.g., "Show 1 to 5 of 5").

Use the combined application of date and text filters to search for specific events efficiently.

warning

Deletion of booking entries is not possible system-wide as they are permanently stored for audit and security purposes.

Links:

  • Direct access to DoorLock configuration via device name
  • Link to user details via username
  • Camera image display when recordings are available

Optional Functions:

  • Export of booking data as CSV file
  • Print function for reports
  • Filtering by positive/negative bookings

The display of camera images requires appropriate permissions and is only available for DoorLocks with configured cameras.

  • Use the date filter to optimize loading times for large amounts of data
  • The search function supports partial terms for flexible filtering
