Event Log

The Event Log records all events related to alarms, alarm group switching, etc. Entries belonging to an event are displayed in groups and can be filtered using extensive search and filter functions.

Overview

The Event Log shows a chronological list of all alarm events with detailed information for each event. The icon on the left side of the table shows the current status of the event, and a button on the right edge can be used to display the corresponding device.

tip

Example: A motion alarm is triggered. In the Event Log, this alarm is displayed as a main event and the system assigns all related entries under it. This includes notifications like email, SMS and push, but also webhooks, SNMP traps and similar. Changes to the alarm status are also classified as sub-events, for example when the alarm becomes acknowledgeable.

Using the various filter, search and sort functions located at the top of the table, events can be filtered as needed.
