System Analysis
System analysis is a useful tool for support cases. A detailed status report of your KentixONE system is created for the selected time period. Log files of all system-relevant processes as well as a configuration backup are created. All collected information is encrypted after completion of the analysis and automatically downloaded as a .ksr file (KentixSystemReport). This individual report can then be transmitted to Kentix Support for evaluation together with a description of the actions performed during the process.
To create the most meaningful system analysis possible, it should run for at least 5-10 minutes.
Give the system about 5 minutes at the beginning to collect the general system information.
While the system analysis is running, try to reproduce what was described in the corresponding support ticket as much as possible.
When creating a support ticket, it is recommended to attach a system analysis directly. This makes it easier for support staff to help you.
