In order to better control access authorizations, access profiles have the option of adding exception days. Here, individual days of the year can be blocked for the access profile (e.g. company vacations).
On these exception days, a user with the corresponding access profile cannot open the DoorLocks.
Exception days are combined into an exception day profile.
This menu item displays all exception day profiles in a tabular view. In addition, existing profiles can be edited and new profiles can be created.
Exception day profiles can be created by clicking on the “+”. A new input screen appears in which the name of the profile and the exception days can be defined.
Exception days can be imported and exported via an ICS file using the corresponding buttons. This allows the exception days to be conveniently planned in a calendar program and then transferred to the exception day profile.
