Event logbook

All events relating to alarms, switching alarm groups, etc. are logged in the event logbook. The entries belonging to an event are grouped together in a table view.

For example, if a motion alarm is triggered, this is displayed in the event logbook and the system assigns all associated entries to this event. This includes notifications such as e-mail, SMS and push, but also webhooks, SNMP traps and similar. Changes to the alarm status are also classified as sub-events, e.g. when the alarm can be acknowledged.

The status of the event is shown by an icon within the table. In addition, you can switch directly to the tile view of the Detail View of the affected device by clicking a button on the right-hand side.

The events can be narrowed down as required using the various filter, search and sort functions.

If the query period is changed, the event list must be reloaded using the Refresh button.

The available CSV export offers the option of downloading the displayed events. The universal format enables easy import into the most common spreadsheet programs.
