User Groups List
The displayed table provides a list of all user groups created in the system. Through this view, you can quickly find, modify, or add new groups.
Above the table is the function bar with search, filter options, and context actions.
- Effective group searches can be carried out using the
full-text search and filters for important configuration values. - Data can be exported for further processing if needed (e.g., for documentation).
Adding
The “+” button for adding a new user group is located in the upper-right corner of the table. Clicking it opens the form for configuring a User Group.
Advanced Features
For each entry in the table, buttons with advanced functions such as duplicate, edit, and delete are available on the right side.
- Duplicate: Creates a new user group based on an existing configuration – helpful for quickly setting up similar groups.
- Edit: Opens the configuration of the selected group (e.g., tabs Dashboard, User Management, Automation, Reporting, Configuration, System).
- Delete: Removes the user group after confirmation.
Configuration
In this area, you can configure and manage the settings for the user groups list. The available options enable individual customization to suit your environment's requirements.
Settings
Here, the specific parameters for the user groups list are configured. The settings are divided into logical groups to ensure clear management.
