iDFace Max
General
The basic settings of each device include the activation state (On/Off) as well as a name under which all alarms and warnings reported by this device are displayed. This should be chosen as uniquely descriptive as possible to be able to distinguish between devices.
Alarm Group
By selecting the parent alarm group, the device is integrated into the system hierarchy.
Alarms are signaled in the parent alarm group.
Keypad
The keypad of the DoorLock can be enabled or disabled for use. If the keypad is disabled, multi-factor authentication cannot be used.
Engaging Time
After a successful booking, the door can be opened for the period configured here.
Switching Output
For a positive booking via a wall reader, a switching output of the associated AccessManager can be activated for the duration of the engaging time.
Connection
Connection monitoring enables alarming when the device is not reachable.
| Alarm Assignment | Selection of the alarm assignment |
| Output as Warning | Connection loss does not trigger an alarm and is only reported as a warning. |
Access Authorization
Access Profiles
Select the access profiles to which the DoorLock should be assigned.
Mode
Opens the DoorLock based on a time profile.
Time Profile
The time profile to be used for time control.
Authentication for Door Opening
Authentication
Number of authentication factors required for door opening.
This setting also applies to switching operations on this DoorLock if no other setting is available for that purpose.
Timed Authentication
This setting determines the number of authentication factors required for door openings during the configured time profile.
Outside the time profile, the standard authentication rule applies.
Events
Webhooks
Webhooks in KentixONE provide the ability to send an HTTP request to an external server when an event occurs. System-wide Webhooks can be created for this purpose. Such a webhook can be assigned to any number of events.
Webhooks also provide the possibility to implement functions via the KentixONE SmartAPI that are not available through the standard configuration.
For example, when a fire alarm occurs, the switching outputs of an AccessManager could be activated to unlock the connected motor locks.
Events
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| All Alarms | The webhook is sent for every alarm that occurs. |
| Armed-Active Alarms | When an armed-active alarm occurs, the webhook is sent. |
| Always-Active Alarms | When an always-active alarm occurs, the webhook is sent. |
| Fire Alarms | When a fire alarm occurs, the webhook is sent. |
| Sabotage Alarms | When a sabotage alarm occurs, the webhook is sent. |
| System Messages | When a system message is triggered, the webhook is sent. |
| Before Arming | The webhook is sent when an alarm group is to be armed.(1) |
| After Arming | The webhook is sent after an alarm group has been armed. |
| Before Disarming | The webhook is sent when an alarm group is to be disarmed.(1) |
| After Disarming | The webhook is sent after an alarm group has been disarmed. |
| Change of Switching Status (Arming or Disarming) | When the alarm group is switched, the webhook is sent. |
| Cyclical (5 Min, 10 Min, 15 Min, 30 Min) | The webhook is sent cyclically. |
(1) The webhook is sent when a switching command is triggered either by a user or by automatic arming. Example: (Dis-)Arming command by user → Webhook is sent → (Dis-)Arming is executed
Network Camera
If a camera is assigned to a DoorLock, the system takes pictures with it for each booking and displays them in the access log.
Data Protection
To ensure data protection, the storage behavior of the system for this DoorLock can be adjusted in stages.
- Standard Log: Personal data such as names and pictures are stored and displayed in the access log. All bookings are recorded.
- No Personal Data: Personal data such as names and pictures are not stored and not displayed in the access log. All bookings are recorded.
- Only Unauthorized Bookings: Only bookings that did not open a door are recorded. Personal data is not stored.
- Do Not Save: No booking data is recorded or stored. There is no booking history in the access log.
Door Closing Notice
If a door contact is connected to an external sensor of the host AccessManager, it can be assigned to the DoorLock. As with all monitored sensors, the door contact must also be assigned an alarm configuration to activate alarm evaluation.
The time from opening until the alarm and the digital input connected to the DoorLock can also be selected.
Door Opener
If the DoorLock is to be opened via an external trigger (e.g., a button or switch), it can be connected to an external sensor of the host AccessManager and assigned to the DoorLock here.
Alarm Systems
Switching Alarm Group
For a successful booking, a selected alarm group can be switched. A single booking deactivates the linked alarm group, and a double booking activates it.
A user requires permission to switch alarm groups to use this function.
Authentication for Activation/Deactivation
Number of authentication factors required for activation/deactivation via this DoorLock.
