Attendance List
The attendance list shows all users who are currently in an area according to area change/anti-passback. Administrators can search, filter the entries, and – if necessary – manually unlock affected users.
Overview
The table displays all currently checked-in persons. Depending on the configuration, the following columns are shown:
- Booking Time – Time of the last booking that determined the presence.
- Username – The unique login name.
- Full Name – First and last name of the user.
- Last Entered Alarm Group – Area/Alarm group where the user is currently listed.
If no one is checked in, the message "No records available" appears.
Actions
- Unlock: Select one or more entries and choose Unlock (trash can icon). This removes the anti-passback lock for the selected users.
- Refresh: The list refreshes automatically when loaded; to reload, the page can be reopened, or the filter reset.
Search, Filter, Sorting
- Search: The search field above the table allows searching by name or username.
- Filter: Use the filter icon to set additional criteria (e.g., alarm group).
- Sorting: Clicking on the column header (e.g., username) sorts the entries in ascending or descending order.
- Pagination: Use the selection field at the bottom right to set the number of entries displayed (e.g., 25).

A prerequisite for the attendance list is an active area change. Bookings at DoorLocks associated with a passage result in users being "checked in" to an area until they leave the area again or are automatically unlocked.
