The SIM card included in the StarterSets for SiteManager and AlarmManager is activated via the Kentix store account. The ICCID number (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) printed on the SIM card is required for this. The included SIM card is a so-called M2M card and uses the Deutsche Telekom network. The card can be activated in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. There are costs for the use.
The choice of SIM card is free, own SIM cards of any provider can be used at any time. The cards must support services such as SMS and data transmission.
