Filter profiles allow you to save any combination of filters in the Detail View and retrieve them quickly and easily at a later date.
Manage filter profiles
Once you have selected filters, you can save this selection as a filter profile. You can subsequently edit existing filter profiles by adding and removing filters or save them as a new filter profile.
If you create a new filter profile or save an existing one with changes as a copy, you can specify the name and other settings for this filter profile in the dialog that opens.
You have the following options for additional settings:
- Release for all users
- if you activate this setting, this filter profile will be displayed for all users in the selection for filter profiles
- System-wide standard filter
- This setting can only be made by administrators and can only be applied to profiles that are shared with all users
- If you activate this setting, this filter profile is preselected for all users as soon as they open the Detail View
These settings can be adjusted again at a later date.
Standard profile
You can set an existing filter profile as your personal default. The default profile you select has priority over the global default profile that an administrator can set.
