Table View

The table view lists devices in a compact, row‑based table. It is ideal for scanning, comparing and exporting lots of entries. All filters applied in the Tile and Visual views also apply here.

Functions & layout​

  • Devices are displayed row by row; columns show type, status and relevant readings.
  • Columns can be sorted ascending or descending.
  • The currently visible table content can be exported as a CSV file.
  • Page size is configurable (pagination).
  • With Table Profiles you decide which columns are shown and to which device types the profile applies.
  • Any active filters (e.g. from Tile or Visual view) affect the table content in the same way.

Table profiles define, among other things, the default sorting and page size. The preconfigured default profile cannot be edited or deleted.

Controls​

Column sorting​

Click a column header to sort ascending or descending. A small arrow indicates the current sort direction.

CSV export​

Exports the currently visible table content (including active filters and sorting) as a CSV file.

Pagination and page size​

Use the selector at the bottom right to set the number of entries per page (e.g. 5, 25, 50, 100). Navigate with arrows/page numbers.

Choose table profile​

Use the selector at the top left to choose or create a profile. Profiles define visible columns, default sorting, page size and optional filtering by device types.

tip

Create separate profiles for different tasks (e.g. “Environment Monitoring”, “Power Monitoring”, “Access”) to only see the relevant columns.

Extra functions / links​

  • Freely switch views within the Detail View: Topology, Tile, Table and Visual view
  • You can set the table view as the default view of the Detail View in personalization settings.

The CSV export contains exactly what is currently visible (page, sorting, filters). For complete exports, adjust page size/filters accordingly.

Tips & tricks​

  • Combine SuperSearch with filters to quickly narrow down large tables.
  • Adjust the page size in the profile if you frequently export with a fixed number of rows.
  • Double‑clicking an entry jumps to the device detail view (if available).
