An event profile can be used to control the arming and disarming of various alarm groups at a specific time. Arming a group activates the evaluation of “armed active alarms”. This is used, for example, to trigger a motion alarm in a specific area only outside working hours. No movement alarm should be triggered during working hours. To do this, the area in the detailed view is combined into an alarm group and the corresponding event profile is assigned to this alarm group.
Event profiles are managed in a tabular view. They can be edited there and new profiles can be created.
Events such as arming, disarming and acknowledging are added to the event profile. Arming and disarming refers to alarm groups, while acknowledging refers to alarms that can be acknowledged. In addition, each event is assigned a time and a day of the week. This means that any number of events can be assigned to the event profile.
