User groups are used to manage the authorizations in the KentixONE web interface.
The use of user groups can ensure that users can only access the information and functions that are relevant to their responsibilities.
To prevent users from accessing information or functions that are outside their responsibility, the principle of minimum authorization is always recommended.
If a user is subsequently granted additional rights, their user group can be changed at any time in the user configuration.
