Detail View

This view can be customized system-wide with a background image. An image can be uploaded in the file formats JPG, JPEG or PNG with a maximum size of 1 MB.

In the detail view, the project can be displayed in a topology, tile and table view. In addition, a standard view can be selected from the three views. When the Detail View is called up, the project appears in the set standard view.

Units

To customize the display of measured values in DetailView, the base unit and the number of decimal places can be modified system-wide. The base unit specifies the smallest unit in which the measured value is displayed. If, for example, kWh is set as the base unit, values below 1 kWh are displayed as a decimal fraction.

Shortcuts

Frequently used functions and links can be created as shortcuts. These are displayed in the top right-hand corner of KentixONE next to the user profile button. Both internal and external links can be created there.

Shortcuts are links that can be defined and can be found in the top right-hand corner of the system. To access the settings, navigate to Konfiguration → Allgemein → Personalisierung.

Create shortcut

To create a shortcut, click on + in the blue rectangle. This opens a window in which you can configure the shortcut.

Icon

Here you can select an icon from one of the many categories that will be displayed later to represent this shortcut

Name

Enter a name for this shortcut here

Mode

Here you can configure a link via selection fields

Selected mode	Explanation
URL	This shortcut contains a freely specified link
Detail View	select the view to which the link should refer
Tiles	Opens the tile view and applies the selected filter profile
Table	Opens the table view and applies the selected table profile
Time profile	Opens the configuration of the selected time profile
Access profile	Opens the configuration of the selected access profile

The newly created shortcut appears in the list after closing the window. The order of the shortcuts can be moved here.

All changes are only applied once the form has been saved in the top right-hand corner.
The shortcut then appears in the gray area next to the user menu.

Edit shortcut

Select Bearbeiten in the context menu of the shortcut. This opens a window in which you can configure the shortcut.

Delete shortcut

To delete a shortcut, open its context menu and select “Delete”. This opens a dialog to confirm the deletion.

Set shortcut as default

To set a shortcut as the default for all users, open its context menu and select Als Standard setzen. This setting means that all new users will see this shortcut by default.

All changes are only applied once the form has been saved in the top right-hand corner.

To share a shortcut, open its context menu and select Teilen. This opens a window in which you can select the user group with whose users you would like to share this shortcut.

This setting causes all existing users in the selected user group to see this shortcut.
