Do you have problems with the registration or login to the Kentix360 Cloud? Then you might find the solution in the following FAQ entry: AlarmManager or AccessManager Registration/Login to Cloud is not possible
If your AlarmManager or AccessManager does not connect to the cloud server after setup (cloud remains red) please check the following:
- Is the device connected to the Internet?
- Is TCP port 5222 to "mykentix.com" open? - Communication must be possible in both directions
- Is the firmware version of the device up to date? (Current Firmware) - If not, please perform an update
- Restart the device via the web interface - "System" - "System functions" - "Restart now"
- Deactivate and reactivate the cloud function of the device - You can find instructions here under "Deletion and Deactivation of the Kentix360 Cloud"
