Do you have problems with the connection to the Kentix360 Cloud (cloud in the web interface remains red)? Then you might find the solution in the following FAQ entry: Problems with Kentix360 Cloud Connection (Red Cloud in AlarmManager and AccessManager)

If there are any errors during registration or login of AlarmManager or AccessManager in the cloud, please check the following:

  • Is the device connected to the Internet?
  • Is port 443 open? - Incoming communication must be possible
  • Is the firmware version of the device up to date? (Current Firmware) - If not, please perform an update
  • Restart the device via the web interface - "System" - "System functions" - "Restart now"
