Das Funk Schrankschloss ist eine Schließlösung zur einfachen Ausstattung oder Umrüstung von IT-Racks oder Verteilerschränken.
Auch beim Schrankschloss ist wahlweise ein Online- oder Offline-Betrieb möglich. Im Online-Betrieb mit AccessPoint integriert sich auch das Schloss nahtlos in bestehende Smart Access-Lösungen.
Das Schloss wird mit verschiedenen Adaptern und Schließhebeln geliefert und ist somit an fast jedes IT Rack anpassbar.

Abmessungen Schrankschloss

Das Funk Schrankschloss besteht aus den folgenden Komponenten

  1. Befestigungsmutter für das Schrankschloss an der Tür

Zum Öffnen des Batteriefachs wird ein Spezialschlüssel benötigt der gesondert erhältlich ist.

Für die unterschiedlichen Schranktypen liegen dem Schloss 3 verschiedene Schließhebel mit bei. 

Hier muss nach dem Einbau in die Tür und Befestigung des Beschlages am Türrahmen geprüft werden, welche der Varianten am besten passt.Zur

Installation

eines Kentix Funk Schrankschlosses verfahren Sie bitte wie folgt:

Schritt 1: Bohren

Zur Befestigung des Schrankschlosses werden Bohrungen gemäß folgender Zeichnung in der Tür benötigt.

Note

Je nach Schranktyp ist ein Bohren an der Tür nicht erforderlich. Für Schränke bei denen nach Entfernen des bestehenden Schließhebels bereits eine Öffnung vorhanden ist, sind zusätzliche Blenden zum Abdecken der Öffnung erhältlich.

Schritt 2: Festlegen der Öffnungsrichtung

Die Drehrichtung des Betätigungshebels wird durch die Position der kleinen Schraube am Befestigungsgewinde festgelegt.

Schraube seitlich eingedreht. Öffnung durch Drehung des Betätigungshebels nach links.

Schraube von unten eingedreht. Öffnung durch Drehung des Betätigungshebels nach rechts.


Schritt 3: Montage


Schrankschloss durch die Bohrung der Tür schieben und mit Hilfe von Befestigungsmutter und Befestigungsschraube fixieren.

Anschließend den Schließhebel und die Sicherungsscheibe mit der Befestigungsmutter fixieren.

Falls erforderlich sind hier vor der Verschraubung der Befestigungsmutter und Befestigungsschraube noch die Profile unterzulegen.

Wecken des Online Schrankschlosses


Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Smart Access-Geräten muss das Schrankschloss durch einen Taster aus dem Ruhemodus aufgeweckt werden. Dies ist sowohl bei der Ersteinrichtung, als auch im normalen Betrieb erforderlich.

Zum Wecken den Taster drücken bis die LED aufleuchtet. Erst dann den RFID-Token vor die Leseeinhalt halten.

Batteriewechsel

  1. Batteriefach des Schrankschlosses mit dem Batteriewechselwerkzeug öffnen. Dazu das Werkzeug in die Öffnung an der Unterseite des Schrankschlosses drücken, bis das Batteriefach herausnehmbar ist.

  2. Verbrauchte Batterie entnehmen und neue Batterie einsetzen, dabei auf die Polarität achten.
  3. Batteriefach wieder einschieben, bis es einrastet.

The radio cabinet lock consists of the following components

Commissioning

Step 1: Drilling
Holes are required in the door to fasten the cabinet lock as shown in the following drawing.

Note

Depending on the cabinet type, drilling at the door is not necessary. For cabinets where there is already an opening after removing the existing locking lever, additional covers are available to cover the opening.

Step 2: Determining the opening direction

The direction of rotation of the actuating lever is determined by the position of the small screw on the mounting thread.

Step 3: Assembly

Push the cabinet lock through the hole in the door and fix it with the aid of the fixing nut and fixing screw.

Then fix the locking lever and the lock washer with the fixing nut.

If necessary, the profiles must be underlaid before screwing in the fixing nut and fixing screw.

Wake up the online cabinet lock

In contrast to the other Smart Access devices, the cabinet lock must be woken up by a button from idle mode. This is necessary during initial setup as well as during normal operation.

To wake up, press the button until the LED lights up. Only then hold the RFID token in front of the reading content.

Battery Change

  1. Open the battery compartment of the cabinet lock with the battery replacement tool. For this purpose, press the tool into the opening below the cabinet lock until the battery compartment can be removed.

  3. Push the battery compartment into position until it locks into place.
