The distribution box also serves as a bus connection from rack to rack for up to 8 racks or 16 rack levers. The distribution box is mounted in the rack itself, and all components are plugged in via RJ45 sockets without being clamped.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-list heroic-styled-list\" id=\"heroic-styled-list-d0689af4-ff68-4ea6-81ac-8717b2444459\"><ol class=\"fa-ul\"><li>Connection of two door contacts<\/li><li>Connection of two DoorLock-RA4<\/li><li>Connection of further distribution boxes<\/li><\/ol><style>#heroic-styled-list-d0689af4-ff68-4ea6-81ac-8717b2444459 li:before{\n\t\t                   background:#f7931e;\n\t\t                   border-radius: 0;\n\t\t                   }<\/style><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The distributor box is either connected directly to the DoorLock-Ra4 remote station (AccessManager or SmartPDU) or to another distributor box.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Safety instructions<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-accordion wp-block-hb-accordion\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__section\" data-ht-blocks-accordion-block-state=\"closed\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__title\"><span>Installation<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__contentwrap\">Installation and commissioning may only be carried out by trained specialist personnel in accordance with the instructions.<br>No modifications of any kind, other than those described in an appropriate manual, are permitted to Kentix GmbH products.<br>Certain levels of protection must be provided when installing Kentix equipment.<br>Observe the relevant regulations for installations in the respective environment.<br>Only operate the products within the defined temperature range.<br>The instructions should be passed on to the user by the person carrying out the installation.<br>Kentix accepts no liability for damage to the equipment or components resulting from incorrect installation.
