{"id":14518,"date":"2026-08-03T10:51:54","date_gmt":"2026-08-03T08:51:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/docs.kentix.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=14518"},"modified":"2026-08-04T14:36:04","modified_gmt":"2026-08-04T12:36:04","slug":"montagehinweise-fuer-multisensoren-2-2","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/docs.kentix.com\/de\/knowledge-base\/montagehinweise-fuer-multisensoren-2-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Fehleranalyse und -behebung: Potentielle Funktionsverluste des Masterkarten-Satzes bei Wireless BLE-T\u00fcrkn\u00e4ufen KN1 und KN2"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fehlerbeschreibung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beim Einsatz der Wireless BLE-T\u00fcrkn\u00e4ufe <strong>KXC-KN1-BLE<\/strong> und\/oder <strong>KXC-KN2-BLE<\/strong> in Verbindung mit <strong>KentixONE 8.6.1, 8.6.2 oder 8.6.3<\/strong> kann es vorkommen, dass die eingelernte <strong>Batteriewechselkarte<\/strong> sowie auch die <strong>Demontagekarte<\/strong> ihre Funktion verlieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funktionsverluste der Masterkarten beeintr\u00e4chtigen nicht die generelle Schlie\u00df\/ \u00d6ffnungs-Funktionalit\u00e4t der Kn\u00e4ufe. Als Folgefehler k\u00f6nnen jedoch auch Einschr\u00e4nkungen bei RFID-Medien mit Notfallzugangs-Berechtigung auftreten. Um volle Funktionalit\u00e4t auch bei kommenden Batteriewechseln zu garantieren wird eine \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung aller potentiell betroffenen Kn\u00e4ufe und eine sofortige Behebung des Fehlers empfohlen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Vorab-Analyse: K\u00f6nnte mein Kentix-System von diesem Fehler betroffen sein?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Fehler kann nur auftreten, wenn BEIDE der folgenden Punkte zutreffen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ihr Kentix System l\u00e4uft oder lief auf Kentix ONE 8.6.1, 8.6.2 oder 8.6.3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kn\u00e4ufe der Bauart KXC-KN1-BLE und\/oder KXC-KN2-BLE w\u00fcrden oder waren in dieser Zeit angelernt <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nur wenn beide Punkte zutreffen, kann es potentiell Kn\u00e4ufe mit den oben beschriebenen Funktionsabweichungen geben. Dann bitte mit Punkt 2 fortfahren:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Fehlerbehebung Teil 1: Update auf 8.6.4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Update behebt die Ursache und stellt sicher, dass die Funktionsabweichung bei betroffenen Kn\u00e4ufen leicht behoben werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Analyse: Pr\u00fcfung der Kartenfunktion an jedem potentiell betroffenen T\u00fcrknauf <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeder Knauf der Bauarten KXC-KN1-BLE und KXC-KN2-BLE im System sollte \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hierzu sollten <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>die <strong>Batteriewechselkarte<\/strong> an den Knauf gehalten werden. Die Verriegelung der H\u00fclse sollte h\u00f6rbar zur\u00fcckfahren, die Verriegelungs-Stifte eindr\u00fcckbar und die H\u00fclle abziehbar sein. Dann Batteriewechselkarte noch ein zweites Mal vor den Knauf gehalten werden, um damit den Knauf wieder in Normalbetrieb zu versetzen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die <strong>Demontagekarte<\/strong> an den Knauf gehalten werden. Der Knauf sollte h\u00f6rbar entriegeln und dann demontierbar sein. Dann Knauf wieder in Einbauposition setzen und durch ein weiteres Vorhalten der Demontagekarte den Knauf wieder mechanisch im Schlo\u00df verriegeln<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zeigt der Knauf beide entsprechenden Reaktionen, ist die normale Funktionalit\u00e4t gegeben und es liegt kein Fehler vor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reagiert der Knauf auf eine oder beide Karten nicht wie beschrieben, sollte eine Fehlerbehebung durchgef\u00fchrt werden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wichtig: Jeder Knauf muss gesondert \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Fehlerbehebung Teil 2: Wiederherstellung der Funktionalit\u00e4t Batteriewechselkarte und Demontagekarte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.) (nach Update 8.6.4) mindestens eine Online-Buchung durchf\u00fchren (RFID-Medium eines Benutzers vorhalten, der Zutrittsversuch sollte im Kentix ONE Log protokolliert sein) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.) Webinterface des Host-Devices (KXP-BLE oder KMS-LAN-BLE ider KMS-TI-BLE) des betroffenen Knaufs aufrufen. Dies kann direkt \u00fcber IP-Adresse des Access-Managers oder auch im SiteManager Webinterface im Men\u00fcpunkt UPDATE aufgerufen werden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.) in der Browser-Adresszeile die IP-Adresse des Host-Devices um &#8222;\/support\/support&#8220; erg\u00e4nzen (https:\/\/<em>ip des hosts<\/em>\/support\/support)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.) Im Men\u00fcpunkt &#8222;Batterie- und Demontage-Karten \u00e4ndern&#8220; den Knauf ausw\u00e4hlen und das Neu-einlernen der Karten mit &#8222;GO&#8220; starten <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.) am betroffenen Knauf in folgender Reihenfolge buchen: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RFID Token eines Benutzers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servicekarte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batteriewechselkarte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demontagekarte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(nochmal) Servicekarte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.) zur Kontrolle: Funktion von Batteriewechselkarte und Demontagekarte wie unter 3. angegeben \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.) WICHTIG: Sollten f\u00fcr diesen Knauf Notfallzug\u00e4nge definiert sein, bedarf es erfolgreiche Buchungen am Knauf in mindestens der Anzahl der Notfallzug\u00e4nge, bis die Daten f\u00fcr alle Notfallzug\u00e4nge wieder vollst\u00e4ndig auf dem Knauf \u00fcbertragen sind<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fehlerbeschreibung Beim Einsatz der Wireless BLE-T\u00fcrkn\u00e4ufe KXC-KN1-BLE und\/oder KXC-KN2-BLE in Verbindung mit KentixONE 8.6.1, 8.6.2 oder 8.6.3 kann es vorkommen, dass die eingelernte Batteriewechselkarte sowie auch die Demontagekarte ihre Funktion verlieren.
